My name is Angela. I live in upstate New York, but I’m originally from Massachusetts. I am the mother of two amazing daughters who remind me everyday how lucky I am to be their mother.
I began researching my own family history in 2011. The more I researched, the more I found out how deep my roots began in Massachusetts. I am a member of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. Digging up the past has been a great and fun experience for me. While I don’t claim to be an expert in genealogy, I’ve dubbed myself the ‘Family Historian’… maybe no one wanted the job 😉
Follow me and I’ll try to set the story straight!
It is apparent that the writer is a data geek. I like how he writes and organizes
facts. It is always such a joy to read articles created by real professionals, like https://bashecoevents.com/. I am fed up
with that no-name, ghostwritten articles. That is why it
was so pleasant to have a look at a compelling piece.
I see the author has ground knowledge in the topic in addition to some practical experience.
Such kind of information is more valuable than copypasted blog posts
ideas.

Thanks for sharing your research, Angela. I originally clicked on your page because I am researching Enos Bishop’s father, Josiah, on back. I am descended from Enos’ youngest sister, Jemima. With all the Edward Bishops, it has not been a easy accomplishment. However, I think I have got it now 🙂 Also on my father’s side, I too, am descended from the pilgrim, Richard Warren, and his daughter Elizabeth. Love the connections!! Happy researching!!

Hi Deanne, thank you for your comment! I know I struggled with the Bishops too. I may not know everything about them, but dont hesitate to ask if you need. I’m working on my next blog post that involves Edward and Sarah Bishop (a couple of gens up from Josiah) who were arrested in the Salem Witch trials. Hope you tune in 🙂

Hello Cousins!
Enos Bishop is my 6 great grandfather. He is the patriot that I joined the Daughters of the American Revolution under. I am also trying to join the Associated Daughters of Early American Witches under Edward and Sarah Bishop. Thank you for such wonderful blogs on our ancestors.
